The CAAGA Conference is a scholarly open-access journal dedicated to fostering high-quality research. The journal welcomes submissions that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practices across various academic disciplines related to the public sector, including accounting, policy, administration, and governance. In line with its mission, CAAGA encourages works that bridge theory and practice, offering meaningful insights for both scholarly and professional audiences.
Scope of Submissions
Authors are invited to submit original work in the following thematic areas:
- Public Sector Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Public Sector Governance and Public Policy
- Human Resource Management in Public Organizations
- Public Administration and Political Science
- Public Sector Reforms and Policy Implementation
- Digital Transformation and Technology in the Public Sector
- Ethics and Accountability in Public Management

Types of Manuscripts
We accept the following types of scholarly contributions:
- Original Research Articles: Empirical or theoretical studies presenting new findings or insights.
- Case Studies: In-depth analyses of specific public sector practices, events, or innovations.
- Conceptual Papers: Theoretical frameworks or models that explore novel perspectives.
- Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of current literature or developments in a specific topic area.
Interdisciplinary Approach
The journal aims to foster interdisciplinary scholarship across the fields of accounting, public administration, economics, political science, technology, and management. Submissions should deepen understanding of public sector policies and implementation while supporting transparent, accountable, and sustainable development.

All accepted articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain full copyright and grant CAAGA the right to distribute their work, ensuring global access without subscription or payment barriers.
