General Submission Requirements
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original works and must not have been published or under consideration elsewhere.
- Language: Submissions must be written in clear, concise English (British or American). Authors who are non-native English speakers are encouraged to use professional language editing services.
- Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 20 pages (approximately 6,000 words), including all tables, figures, and references.
- Peer Review: All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scholarly quality and impartiality.
- Cover Letter: A short cover letter must accompany each submission, stating the manuscript’s title, type, significance, originality, and relevance to CAAGA's scope. (Template provided below.)
Manuscript Type
- Original Research Articles: Present new findings, empirical studies, or theoretical advancements. Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Theory (if applicable), Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Case Studies: Provide in-depth analysis of specific cases related to the journal's themes. Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Case Description, Analysis, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Review Papers: Summarize current trends or literature. Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Main Review Sections, Conclusion.
Manuscript Preparation
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
- Font and Spacing: Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with 2.54 cm (1-inch) margins.
- Title: Provide a concise, descriptive title (max 20 words).
- Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords for indexing and discoverability.
- Structure: Number all major sections (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Methods, 3. Results). Use SI units for data.
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be between 200–280 words and follow this structured format:
- Purpose
- Design/methodology/approach
- Findings
- Originality/value
- Optional: Research limitations, Practical implications, and Social implications
Author Information
- List all authors’ full names, affiliations (institution, department, city, country), and emails.
- Clearly identify one corresponding author, with full contact details including postal address and phone number.
- If names may cause ambiguity (e.g., compound surnames), clarify as necessary.
Tables and Figure
- Number all tables and figures sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2).
- Include descriptive captions. Embed them in the text or place them at the end of the manuscript.
- Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi) in .jpg, .png, or .tiff format.
Mathematical Notation
- Type equations triple-spaced and number them consecutively (e.g., Eq. 1).
- Use italics for variables. Use the solidus (/) for fractions where appropriate.

Ethical Guidelines
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships from the past three years that could influence the work.
- Plagiarism: All submissions will be screened for plagiarism. Violations will lead to rejection.
- Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work and approved the final manuscript.
- Referees: Authors are encouraged to suggest three potential reviewers (including name, affiliation, and email). Final reviewer selection is at the editor’s discretion.
Reference Style
The CAAGA Conference follows the Chicago Author-Date style. Authors should include DOI links where available. Below are sample formats:

- Publication Fees: A publication fee of USD 100 applies to all accepted manuscripts.
